Global Customer Assistance Services (GCAS)

  • Buyers Protection Benefit provides Visa Signature Business Cardholders with extra peace of mind when purchasing an Eligible Item. 1. Become a Premier or Prestige Customer
To begin enjoying the benefits of the Belief Rewards program, the first step is for the customer to become a Premier or Prestige customer with FCB.
Eligibility Criteria Premier Customers: To become a Premier customer, the requirement is to have a minimum monthly balance of MK15 million in your account.

Prestige Customers: To become a Prestige customer, the requirement is to have a minimum monthly balance of MK2 million in your account.
