Sizabona Makwakwa has been with First Capital Bank for 22 years. During the tenure, he has spearheaded several key projects at Industry and Bank levels such as, electronic clearing; Interoperability of payment systems; upgrading and migration of core banking systems. Over the same period, he has held several positions that included Head of Operations: Head of Process Re-engineering and now Head of Operations and Administration.
