• Individual Taxation Authority Pin certificates of Directors/Executive
• PIN Certificate if applicable
• Passport size photos of Directors/Executive(1 each)
• Utility bill in the organisation’s name
• Utility bill of the Directors/Executive
• Latest Annual returns or audited/unaudited accounts
